Attorney A. Don Forester was born in Houston, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M University. He received his Jurisprudence Doctor Degree in Law from South Texas College of Law and is licensed in Texas.
Mr. Forester’s practice ranges from immigration court litigation, appeals to the 5th , 1st and 2nd Circuit Courts of Appeals to criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Forester is a member of AILA and has been working as a lawyer for over 30 years.
Mr. Forester is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals and by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, all Immigration Courts and Federal Courts.
His professional activities and memberships have included the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit.
